Our Approach to Jobsite Safety

Our safety process begins before work starts. Depending on the scope and complexity of the project, our team reviews site conditions, access methods, potential hazards, equipment requirements, pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and coordination with property management.

Our goal is to complete every project safely, professionally, and with minimal disruption to building occupants and daily operations.

Safety Training by Role

Our employee training program is based on job duties and levels of responsibility.

• Technicians receive training related to the equipment, access methods, and hazards associated with their assigned work.
• Supervisors receive additional training to help them identify hazards, coordinate crews, and oversee worksite safety.
• Our training program includes OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour Outreach courses according to employee roles and responsibilities.
• New and experienced employees receive periodic safety instruction and job-specific guidance.

OSHA Outreach courses provide hazard-awareness education. They are part of our broader training program and do not replace the additional task-specific training required for individual operations.

Project-Specific Safety Planning

Every property and service presents different conditions. When appropriate for the project, our planning process may include:

• Reviewing building and site conditions
• Selecting appropriate access methods
• Identifying restricted or high-traffic areas
• Establishing pedestrian and work-area controls
• Inspecting equipment before use
• Coordinating schedules with property management
• Reviewing weather and environmental conditions
• Conducting pre-work safety discussions with the crew

Safety Across Our Commercial Services

Commercial Window Cleaning

We evaluate window locations, building access, pedestrian traffic, interior work areas, and the appropriate cleaning method before service begins.

High-Rise Window Cleaning

Projects requiring rope descent or suspended access receive additional access and site-condition review. Building representatives may be asked to provide relevant roof-access and anchorage information before work is scheduled.

Commercial Pressure Washing

Our team evaluates surface conditions, equipment placement, hoses, surrounding property, pedestrian areas, drainage considerations, and vehicle traffic before beginning work.

Parking Garage Pressure Washing

Garage projects may require phased scheduling, traffic coordination, work-area controls, drainage planning, and communication with property management.

Building Facade Cleaning and Commercial Caulking

Facade and caulking projects are reviewed to determine the appropriate access method, work-area protection, surface conditions, and coordination required for the property.
